Refund Policy

1.Our Core Promise

Our refund policy is built on one simple principle: you pay only after you pass. Not before. Not during. Only after your exam is completed and a passing result is confirmed.
This is not a promotional offer. It is not a limited-time guarantee. It is the standard operating model for every client, on every exam, on every platform, without a single exception.
Zero deposit. Zero processing fee. Zero upfront charge. If you do not pass — you owe us nothing. Full stop.

2.How Our Payment Model Works

The following sequence applies to every service engagement:

  • You contact us and provide your exam details — platform, subject, date, duration
  • We confirm availability, provide a fixed price quote, and assign your verified expert
  • Your exam session runs — our expert handles everything from start to final submission
  • Your result is confirmed — a passing grade or certification result is visible to you
  • Only at this point does payment become due — the exact amount quoted, with nothing added

At no stage before step 5 is any payment requested, collected, or required. The financial risk of every engagement sits entirely with us — not with you.

3.Full Refund — When You Owe Nothing

You owe nothing and no charge is made in the following circumstances:

  • Your exam result is not a passing grade for any reason within our control
  • Your certification attempt does not meet the minimum passing threshold
  • Your session is interrupted or terminated by the proctoring platform and a result is not recorded
  • Our expert is unable to complete the exam due to a technical failure on our end

In every one of these scenarios the outcome is identical — zero payment, zero question asked, zero administrative process required. You contact us, confirm the result, and the matter is closed.

4.Scenarios Where Refund Does Not Apply

A refund is not applicable in the following circumstances:

  • A passing result has been confirmed and delivered — payment is due in full at this point
  • You provided incorrect, incomplete, or misleading exam details at the time of booking that directly caused a failed or mismatched result
  • You were unavailable at the scheduled exam time without providing at least 4 hours advance notice — a rebooking or preparation fee may apply
  • You cancelled your service engagement after your expert had been assigned and completed pre-exam preparation — a preparation fee may apply at our discretion
  • Your proctoring platform flagged your session due to factors you failed to disclose during consultation — such as a restricted network environment, institutional device locks, or prior flagging history on your account
  • You disputed a confirmed passing result with your payment provider without first raising the dispute directly with us

6.How to Request a Refund or Raise a Dispute

  • Refunds are automatic in standard non-passing scenarios — no payment is collected in the first place. However if you believe a charge was made in error, or if you wish to raise a dispute regarding your result, please follow this process:
  • Contact us at takemyproctoredexamforme@gmail.com within 7 days of your exam result being confirmed
  • Include your name, exam details, platform, date of exam, and a clear description of your dispute
  • We will acknowledge your contact within 24 hours and provide a full resolution within 5 business days
  • If your dispute is upheld, any charge made in error will be reversed within 7 business days via the original payment method

We do not require you to provide extensive documentation to claim a refund in non-passing scenarios. A simple confirmation of your result is sufficient.

7.Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have received a confirmed passing result and subsequently initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide full documentation of the completed service and confirmed passing result to the payment provider
  • Pursue recovery of the disputed amount through appropriate legal channels
  • Restrict access to future services pending resolution of the dispute

We strongly encourage all clients to contact us directly at takemyproctoredexamforme@gmail.com before initiating any chargeback. The vast majority of disputes are resolved within 5 business days without the need for payment provider intervention.

8.Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before expert assignment: If you cancel your service request before an expert has been assigned, no charge applies — you owe nothing.

Cancellation after expert assignment but before exam: If you cancel after your expert has been assigned and preparation has begun, a preparation fee may be applied at our discretion. This fee will never exceed 20% of the quoted service price and will be communicated to you before any charge is made.

Rescheduling: If your exam is rescheduled, contact us immediately. We will reassign your expert to the new date at no additional charge provided you give us at least 4 hours notice before the original exam time.
