This is not a promotional offer. It is not a limited-time guarantee. It is the standard operating model for every client, on every exam, on every platform, without a single exception.
Zero deposit. Zero processing fee. Zero upfront charge. If you do not pass — you owe us nothing. Full stop.
The following sequence applies to every service engagement:
At no stage before step 5 is any payment requested, collected, or required. The financial risk of every engagement sits entirely with us — not with you.
You owe nothing and no charge is made in the following circumstances:
In every one of these scenarios the outcome is identical — zero payment, zero question asked, zero administrative process required. You contact us, confirm the result, and the matter is closed.

We do not require you to provide extensive documentation to claim a refund in non-passing scenarios. A simple confirmation of your result is sufficient.
If you have received a confirmed passing result and subsequently initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
We strongly encourage all clients to contact us directly at takemyproctoredexamforme@gmail.com before initiating any chargeback. The vast majority of disputes are resolved within 5 business days without the need for payment provider intervention.
Cancellation before expert assignment: If you cancel your service request before an expert has been assigned, no charge applies — you owe nothing.
Cancellation after expert assignment but before exam: If you cancel after your expert has been assigned and preparation has begun, a preparation fee may be applied at our discretion. This fee will never exceed 20% of the quoted service price and will be communicated to you before any charge is made.
Rescheduling: If your exam is rescheduled, contact us immediately. We will reassign your expert to the new date at no additional charge provided you give us at least 4 hours notice before the original exam time.
